Torino Spring Seminar

This year, Polito University hosted SELECT students during their spring seminar in Italy from March 28 to April 1.
The seminar offers face‐to‐face and virtual interactive workshops with experts in the energy topic, both from academia and industry. The programme contains lectures by Invited Speakers, workshops with Industry representatives, technical visits as well as some sports and cultural activities.
This year the event was a mixture of study, sport and cultural visits including the presentation of the SELECT Project of the Year.
SELECT students stayed in Torino and Bardonecchia and enjoyed the views and cultural visits. In addition, they had the opportunity to visit Pont Ventoux hydroelectricity plant and a “sustainability afternoon” with experts’ lectures and group discussions.
